About us

Residential only, on purpose.

Maryland’s fire sprinkler industry is built around commercial work: schools, warehouses, high-rises, and the service contracts that come with them. That is fine for stadium owners and useless for a homeowner with a weeping sprinkler head in a Waldorf townhome, or an owner-builder in Queen Anne’s County trying to budget a 13D system on a well. The commercial companies do not want those calls. Maryland Fire Sprinklers exists because somebody should.

What we are

A residential-only fire sprinkler service covering Maryland, with the state’s only published sprinkler pricing table, county pages that spell out the local permit paths (including the City of Annapolis’s separate offices), a real well-water design guide, and crews that treat a head replacement with the same seriousness as a whole-house install.

Who does the work

Fire protection contractors licensed by the Maryland State Fire Marshal, which is the legal requirement for this trade in Maryland and the first credential to ask anyone for. Plans are filed with the county, or the City of Annapolis where that applies, and every install ends with the acceptance test and documentation in your hands.
